The Oregon State University Office of Human Resources is excited to introduce Beyond Benefits, our new Employee Assistance Program. Beyond Benefits replaces the Cascade Centers EAP on Wednesday July 1. Beyond Benefits provides resources across life events and seeks to provide impactful, holistic solutions when they’re needed most. Areas of focus include family, financial, mental/emotional support and legal needs. Beyond Benefits consultants are available to create personalized action plans for individual employee needs. This is a confidential, no cost resource.

Beyond Benefits is available to graduate assistants, post-doc scholars, classified staff, academic faculty and professional faculty, as well as their household members. Employees can access Beyond Benefits services by phone, online or through a mobile app, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
